Why Men Like Wet Kisses

Men like Wet Kisses
Men like Wet Kisses

When you share a kiss with your man, you reveal a lot more than just passion.
Researchers have finally concluded as to why men like wet kisses. According to the study men are looking for more than just passion when kissing. US scientists have found that modern man uses smooch to look out for the level of estrogen in women and to pick up traces of estrogen in a woman`s saliva thus, to judge their fertility.

Men like wet kisses with more tongue action, as revealed by Anthropologist Helen Fisher of Rutgers University. Other possibility could be that men are trying to transfer testosterone to the woman to stimulate her. “Men see kissing early in a relationship directly as a step to copulation.” Kissing may also serve as a way to assess the quality of a mate.
Fisher said that research has shown that the majority of men and women rate their first kiss as either `the kiss of death` or the blossoming of a new relationship.
The research involved a personality test that measured four universal temperaments by using statistics from 40,000 people on the Internet dating site
Each of the temperament was linked to activity levels of the brain chemicals dopamine/norepinephrine, serotonin, testosterone, and estrogen/oxytocin.
Fisher concluded that an individual’s temperament judged the kind of mate they choose, thus, enhancing the belief that love involves chemical reactions in the brain.
“People sing for love; they dance for love; they write about love; live for, kill, and die for love,” Fisher told National Geographic News.
“It’s a wonderful addiction when a relationship is working well, but perfectly horrible when it’s working poorly.”

An Amazing Picture – This is Life indeed

21-week-old unborn baby - This is Life indeed
21-week-old unborn baby

The picture is that of a 21-week-old unborn baby named Samuel Alexander Armas, who is being operated on by surgeon named Joseph Bruner. The baby was diagnosed with spina bifida and would not survive if removed from his mother’s womb. Little Samuel’s mother, Julie Armas, is an obstetrics nurse in Atlanta. She knew of Dr. Bruner’s remarkable surgical procedure. Practicing at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, he performs these special operations while the baby is still in the womb.
During the procedure, the doctor removes the uterus via C-section and makes a small incision to operate on the baby. As Dr. Bruner completed the surgery on Samuel, the little guy reached his tiny, but fully developed hand through the incision and firmly grasped the surgeon’s finger. Dr. Bruner was reported as saying that when his finger was grasped, it was the most emotional moment of his life, and that for an instant during the procedure he was just frozen, totally immobile.
The photograph captures this amazing event with perfect clarity. The editors titled the picture, “Hand of Hope.” The text explaining the picture begins, “The tiny hand of 21-week-old fetus Samuel Alexander Armas emerges from the mother’s uterus to grasp the finger of Dr. Joseph Bruner as if thanking the doctor for the gift of life.”
Little Samuel’s mother said they “wept for days” when they saw the picture. She said, “The photo reminds us pregnancy isn’t about disability or an illness, it’s about a little person” Samuel was born in perfect health, the operation 100 percent successful.

Types Of Women Men Avoid

0

Type Of Woman Men tend to avoid.
Type Of Woman Men tend to avoid.

Men should realize that getting involved with certain women has irreversible complications that can eventually cause interference with the simple joys of life. There are different types of women who should be avoided at all costs. By penning down some common ones, you can quickly identify these potentially problematic partners on your next date. Here they go…

The Needy Little Girl

This woman is every man’s worst fear. This type of woman is whiney and frequently verbalizes how desperate she is to get married. What is so frightening about this type of woman is that men can’t often identify her until they are well into a relationship.
Initially, this type of woman appears to be independent. She has been told that she is clingy or needy and often overcompensates by trying to be ultra independent.
However, once she is in a relationship and feels safe, her neediness begins to manifest.
TIP: Ironically, these women would do better to allow men to see some vulnerability right away, which is actually what most men expect, rather than give to everyone else but themselves and then expect a man to make up for their empty feelings.

The Man Hater, Witch (or other like words)

This type is different from all the others in one aspect. Most men will give this type of woman more of a chance and try and win her over, simply because she is a challenge.
Because of her strength (anger), most men don’t want to be in a committed relationship with her (and forget marriage), but they are intrigued with her perceived strength and view it as a conquest if they can get this type into bed.
This type of woman has the competitiveness of a man and the sensitivity of a woman. In an instant, she can switch from being very seductive to emotionally distant.
Put simply, she uses her hatred for men as a shield to avoid being hurt……again.
TIP: These women tend to be very guarded against getting hurt. In relationships, when they do give their heart to a man, they often allow the relationship to proceed too fast, which frequently overwhelms most men. The most important thing they need to learn is how to s-l-o-w-l-y allow a man to capture their heart.

The Career Queen

The common myth is that men are threatened by successful women. Actually, like most myths, there is an element of truth to this, which makes it so appealing. Men are not “threatened” by successful women as much as they feel that a successful woman doesn’t need them. Do not be so self-sufficient and self-fulfilled that you leave nothing for a man to do.
Granted, men don’t want a woman who is totally dependent on them, but it is flattering to a man when a confident woman allows herself to depend on them, versus when they don’t appear to need a man at all.
TIP: Most men want to be the center of a woman’s interest, whether that is fair or not, and don’t want her devotion to work placed above her devotion to him.

The Complainer

This is the woman who manages to find something wrong with any and everything, and is never happy with the way things are. She can’t appreciate anything because she’s so busy constantly looking for what’s wrong.
She is not necessarily a miserable person; she simply makes an art of finding what’s wrong with everything. Needless to say, men tire quickly of this type of woman and begin to avoid her at any and all costs.
TIP: Instead of just complaining work out solutions and discuss it with him along with the problem.

The Clinger

Everyone needs time away from their loved ones. No matter how much you love someone, they will get on your nerves if you spend every moment with them. Men simply cannot be expected to want to spend all their time with you.
And if you get upset every time he wants to hang out with his friends or do something without you, then you’re likely going to find yourself by yourself, so get a grip.
TIP: Give him some time off with his friends and colleagues. This would help him think of you when he is away from you.

The Motor Mouth

From a man’s perspective, a talkative woman isn’t good or bad. There is a perception that women use thousands more words per day than men. What most articles fail to mention is that this depends on the topic of conversation.
If the subject is sports, most men will talk a lot more than a woman will. Should the conversation change to something feminine, such as a friend’s baby, the woman will inevitably use more words.
Most women are accused of being too talkative when, in actuality, they are speaking more simply because they are discussing a subject that has great interest to them, not just because “women talk more.”  In the world of men, that is considered rude because men view conversation the same as “having the floor” of a debate.
TIP: Men aren’t that different from women. Excessive talking is actually a form of conversation hogging. Don’t dominate the conversation unless you know it’s a topic that interests him.

Quit Smoking

Quit Smoking
Quit Smoking

Smoking is among the most difficult habits to overcome. If you are a smoker who has tested almost everything to stop smoking, herbs could be a better solution to your problem. Prescription smoking cessation medications can come with some serious side effects, and over the counter patches include nicotine to help you stop. This a good reason why today’s smokers are choosing natural herbs to quit smoking cigarettes.
Tobacco isn’t addictive it is the nicotine they add to it that makes cigarettes addictive. Most stop smoking products, whether a patch, a pill, a spray or gum, are simply a different nicotine delivery system. The idea is to get you to quite smoking and then slowly wean you off of the nicotine later. Smoke Deter works in exactly this way it provides you with nicotine through a spray to help you quit smoking.
This where most stop smoking aids will fail you. Addressing your nicotine addiction is the easy part, yet that is where the popular stop smoking aids work. Patches and nicotine gums gradually wean you off the stuff. Pills that are really renamed anti-depressants are meant to keep you calm while you go through withdrawal. Most anti-smoking devices are merely crutches to replace your cigarettes until you’re able to stand on your own. And that’s where the issues really start.
Finding an easy way to quit smoking is tough because the failure rate for any one try to quit smoking is more than 95%. Even though this statistic does not give the impression of being promising, there are reasons why so many people fail.
Now, even though you might have been unsuccessful in more than a few attempts to stop, you are eager to attempt to break the nicotine dependency again. Not only that, but, you’re still looking to find an easy way to quit smoking.
Sign up with a group. You’ve probably tried to give up smoking by yourself. Perhaps a few times. It is a real struggle, particularly without encouragement. Accordingly, go in with a group of people who are sharing your battle. Chances are you’ll find a community group or a group at your workplace. There are more formal groups you are able to join like Nicotine Anonymous.
Avail yourself of nicotine replacement therapy. You already understand that nicotine is addicting. This in simple terms means that you notice withdrawal symptoms whenever you stop using nicotine. To reduce such symptoms you have to provide your body with nicotine and slowly but surely reduce your daily dose to help you keep any symptoms at tolerable levels.
Try craving reducers. Cravings are caused by changes within your brain brought on by years of nicotine use. Your brain now depends on nicotine to generate pleasurable feelings. It is possible to reduce nicotine cravings by substituting a different product, like Zyban, that helps give you pleasant feelings. In addition, a lot of people use “mind over matter” methods like hypnosis, self-hypnosis, or meditation to sidetrack your thoughts away from your cravings.
Cigarettes contain one of chemicals called nicotine, and this substance has specific receptors in the brain to where it attaches itself. Once a person smokes, the nicotine will move up and directly attach to the brain receptors. This attachment cause severe changes in how the brain of the person works. It causes the person to relax and feel a blissful emotion.
When a person makes use of stop smoking pills to aid in his smoking cessation program, these pills will mimic how nicotine works in the brain. These pills act just like how nicotine does in the body and brain of the smoker. In the absence of nicotine, the pills will first attach itself to the receptors. Yet, even though it was not nicotine that took its place on the receptors, the brain will be given information that it is receiving sufficient dose of nicotine. Obviously, the brain was fooled by the pills used to help someone smoking. Still, the person would feel happy and relaxed.
Although nicotine and pills work similarly, the two have a big difference between them. It is because stop smoking pills are not addictive as opposed to nicotine, which produces lifelong damaging habit. The person will feel relaxed after receiving the right dose of pills and later on become independent from the pills. One day, he will think he no longer needs the pill and consequently, nicotine.
You might want to consider hypnotherapy as a way of quitting smoking. There are reports of success after only one or two sessions, although many people need more. It seems to be an effective method of removing the habit of smoking and may be worth a try.
The other way is to go cold turkey where you decide on a day to quit and on that day you cut out all cigarettes. Going cold turkey can be a drastic way to do it but it does work for some people and not others. If you are a heavy long term smoker the impact of the immediate withdrawal of nicotine can produce many unpleasant side effects that will test your physical and mental reserves.

Ahh!! The Dubai Nobody Tells You About

The Dubai Nobody Tells You About

The Dubai Nobody Tells You About
The Dubai Nobody Tells You About

Dubai is the land of the biggest, tallest, longest, widest, richest, fanciest, fastest…everything is … in the world.
They have the tallest residential towers in the world, the tallest restaurant in the world, the largest number of Malbaris in the world, the highest crane operator in the world.
If it does not grow in Dubai, they’ ll make it artificially – artificial ski slopes, artificial islands, artificial oasis, coconut trees and lawns, artificial beaches, artificial economy.

  • Indians especially love it here because of the dirham-to-rupee value. Pakistani’s adore it.
  • The Egyptians come here because there is nothing to do in Egypt. No more pyramids to build either.
  • The Filipinos come here because they have no choice; there’s nothing back home, not even dogs – they’ve been eaten up.
  • The Britshers come here coz they have forgotten what it is to enjoy 3 meals a day in UK and nobody employs them there for the crap they give. .
  • The Lebanese come here to buy cars, dress to kill, wear Peter Pan shoes 10 sizes bigger than their feet, put 1 kg of gel on their heads and give everyone ball talk. They’ll buy a 1980s Merc or BMW for 10k dirham and drive the car like they’re sitting in the rear passenger seat, stretching their arms all the way to the steering wheel, giving you the piercing bald eagle look.
  • Russian girls come here for “fun”.
  • The Bangladeshis come here to serve you when you honk outside a Bakala (shop), but would not even look at you if you park and go inside to pickup yourself.

Now according to the government Dubai is Tax free. Of course, that is true. You only have to pay for the visa, medical, sponsor, insurance, resident ID, Opening a bank account or even closing an account, Municipality, Sewerage, attestation of papers, translation of papers, driving license papers, lessons, Car license, testing, and …. but the salary is Tax Free.
Only, there is a Pay and Park scheme with 5000 parking lots, and 500,000 cars in the city, so where the hell do you park? And you are fined for wrong parking.
Toll has been introduced on many roads. You can avoid the toll tax by using alternative routes, but you’ll end up in a traffic jam because everyone is trying to avoid the toll tax.
If you have any government related work like medical for visa or immigration, you have 2 options – Standard and Urgent Procedure. Standard takes 7 days and Urgent takes 1 day. The difference is 100-odd dirham. Everyone goes for the urgent option and the Dubai government makes money, urgently.
If you switch jobs you get a work ban and to lift the ban you pay a huge penalty.
In Dubai, without a car you are paralyzed (you don’t even get jobs if you don’t have a car). But you ‘ll get your license in attempts ranging from 2 to 20. Each time you fail you have paid fees for Driving Classes & Driving Tests, which are 1000-odd dirham. Imagine the money RTA makes.
Most of the expats live alone with families back home. So they spend much on phone calls. And call charges from Dubai are high.
Another odd thing about Dubai – no matter where you go or who you meet, you take down phone numbers. Everybody has everybody number in Dubai. And everyone has a Visiting Card, whether you are a bootlegger, a masseuse, a hooker, a car cleaner, a watchman or a pizza delivery boy. Everyone knocks around with lots of cards in his or her wallet and one card in the palm. So whenever you shake hands with anyone in Dubai and let go, you end up with a visiting card in your palm.
If you’re walking on the road and you ask someone the time, he’ll tell you 10:30, give you his card and say, I have new and second-hand watches.
At a restaurant when you are leaving they’ll say Here is my card, call us for home delivery.
If you’re below your building, you’ll meet those Chinese chicks giving you their cards, saying, Call us if you want DVDs.
If you’re standing at a bus stop, a
Pakistani will pull over in his 1980 Toyota Corolla, give you his card and say, If you want Pick-up & Drop Service, call me.
Dubai has amusing-looking buildings. Some have holes in them, some have giant balls on them, some look like aeroplanes, some look like sail boats, and, all of them reach into space with your window right in front of the moon.
Everyone in Dubai goes to malls. Not necessarily to shop. To beat the heat, go to a mall; business meeting, go to a mall; getting bored, go to a mall; want to take a leak or dump, go to a mall; want to do lukhagiri (little in your pocket, little in your mind), go to a mall.
If you want to go for a picnic go to a mall.
Some Malbaris go home to Kerala, get married, and then come to a Dubai Mall for their honeymoon.
THAT…MY FRIENDS…..IS  DOO-BAI

English is a crazy language

Let’s face it – English is a crazy language.

English is a crazy language
English is a crazy language
  • In what other language do people drive in a parkway and park in a driveway?
  • Why does night fall but never break and day break but never fall?
  • Why is it that when we transport something by car, it’s called a shipment, but when we transport something by ship, it’s called cargo?
  • Why are people who ride motorcycles called bikers and people who ride bikes called cyclists?
  • In what other language do thay call the third hand on the clock the second hand?
  • Why is it called a TV set when you get only one?
  • Why – in our crazy language – can your nose run and your feet smell?
  • Sometimes you have to believe that all English speakers should be committed to an asylum for the verbally insane:
  • If olive oil is made of olives, what do they make baby oil from?
  • If a vegetarian eats vegetables, what does a humanitarian consume?
  • A writer is someone who writes, and a stinger is something that stings.
  • But fingers don’t fing and grocers don’t groce.
  • If the plural of tooth is teeth, shouldn’t the plural of booth be beeth?
  • If the teacher taught, why isn’t it also true that the preacher praught?
  • If harmless actions are the opposite of harmful actions, why are shameless and shameful behavior the same?
  • English is a language in which you can turn a light on and you can turn a light off and you can turn a light out, but you can’t turn a light in;
  • In which the sun comes up and goes down, but prices go up and come down.
  • In which your nose can simultaneously burn up and burn down and your car can slow up and slow down,in which you can fill in a form by filling out a form and in which your alarm clock goes off by going on.
  • English is a crazy language. What is it that when the sun or the moon or the stars are out, they are visible, but when the lights are out, they are invisible?; and why when I wind up my watch, I start it, but when I wind up this essay, I shall end it?

The 5 toughest questions for men

The 5 toughest questions for men are:

The 5 toughest questions for men
The 5 toughest questions for men

1. What are you thinking about?

2. Do you love me?

3. Do I look fat?

4. Do you think she is prettier than me?

5. What would you do if I died?

What makes these questions so difficult is that each
one is guaranteed to explode into a major argument if
the man answers incorrectly (i.e. tells the truth).
Therefore, as a public service, each question is
analyzed below, along with possible responses.
Question # 1: What are you thinking about?
The proper answer to this, of course, is: “I’m sorry
if I’ve been pensive, dear. I was just reflecting on
what a warm, wonderful, thoughtful, caring, intelligent
woman you are, and how lucky I am to have met you.”
This response obviously bears no resemblance to the
true answer, which most likely is one of the following:
a. Baseball.
b. Football.
c. How fat you are.
d. How much prettier she is than you.
e. How I would spend the insurance money if you died.
(Perhaps the best response to this question was offered
by Al Bundy, who once told Peg, “If I wanted you to know
what I was thinking, I would be talking to you!”)
Question # 2: Do you love me?
The proper response is: “YES!” or, if you feel a
more detailed answer is in order, “Yes, dear.”
Inappropriate responses include:
a. Oh Yeah, loads.
b. Would it make you feel better if I said yes?
c. That depends on what you mean by love.
d. Does it matter?
e. Who, me?
Question # 3: Do I look fat?
The correct answer is an emphatic: “Of course not!”
Among the incorrect answers are:
a. Compared to what?
b. I wouldn’t call you fat, but you’re not exactly thin.
c. A little extra weight looks good on you.
d. I’ve seen fatter.
e. Could you repeat the question? I was just thinking
about how I would spend the insurance money if you died.
Question # 4: Do you think she’s prettier than me?
Once again, the proper response is always: “Of course not!”
Incorrect responses include:
a. Yes, but you have a better personality.
b. Not prettier, but definitely thinner.
c. Not as pretty as you when you were her age.
d. Define pretty..
e. Could you repeat the question? I was just thinking about
how I would spend the insurance money if you died.
Question# 5: What would you do if I died?
A definite no-win question.
(The real answer, of course, is “Buy a Corvette!”)

Positive Reflections – Resisting False Attractions In Actions

0

Resisting False Attractions In Actions

All that glitters (shines) is not gold. Life presents you with many illusionary scenes, scenes in which what may be visible may not be the truth. These scenes cause desires to be born inside you to achieve something unnecessary for your prosperity or other types of fulfillments. These can be illusions that make you believe that you will gain something from a situation or person, without the same being true. Thus, you waste time going down a path that not only leads you to disappointment; but you also waste the resource of your thoughts and energy and as a result you tire yourself out emotionally and mentally.
If the intellect is polluted, you make incorrect judgments and are easily deceived by situations or people. Thus, you will make incorrect choices, dishonest or illogical decisions. You will justify dishonesty and improper actions and you will be incapable of differentiating between the real and the imaginary. A person with a pure, clear, clean and powerful intellect will act with honesty and sincerity. When your intellect is polluted, you may act against your own conscience or against your better judgment; you also may be insensitive. A person with a doubtful intellect will always justify a dishonest act. Meditation is the process of purifying and cleaning the intellect, because in meditation we connect with the purest intellect, the intellect of the Supreme Soul or God. Meditation is also a process of inner awakening and strengthening of your conscience. Being awake means to realize, and being strong means to act according to what you have realized.

Positive Reflections — Manipulating The Law Of Action

0

Manipulating The Law Of Action

Human laws can be adjusted, manipulated and even ignored by some, but no one can do the same with the Law of Action or Karma. On the physical level, there is no time interval between an action and its reaction. If I throw an object in the air, it falls back immediately with the same force. With the Law of Karma, however, there can be a delay between the action and its result or fruit. The seeds of certain actions (negative or positive) bring immediate fruit. Others can take years or even many births to bear fruit. If I eat too much ice-cream, I will see the result or karmic effect of the negative karma of greed within a space of ten-fifteen minutes in the form of a headache or after two days in the form of a cold and flu. This is an e.g. in which we realize the working of the Law of Karma, we realize clearly the cause and its effect, but on a subtle level, when we see the effects of actions, we do not realize that the cause may have actually been in a previous life. There is a total connection between the cause and the effect.
When we analyze a natural calamity such as a major earthquake that uproots buildings and trees, overturns vehicles and kills thousands of people. The physical cause may be tectonic activity associated with faults inside the earth’s surface but at the same time, we realize that such a calamity could have its roots in a process initiated by human beings a few hours, days or months ago – an e.g. being testing of nuclear weapons. On a personal level, I can say that there is nothing which happens to me for which I am not responsible. Whether I remember what I did to make it happen or not, whether I realize it or choose to ignore it, I am ultimately responsible.

Positive Reflections – Letting Go Of The Strings (Meditation)

0

Letting Go Of The Strings (Meditation)

I sit down comfortably and I begin to relax my body taking advantage of the relaxed rhythm of my breathing… I feel my calmed breathing…
I listen to the sounds of the space and objects that surround me… In this moment I decide to separate (detach) my attention from them… The world follows its rhythm, its movement, but I do not need to involve myself in it…
I let go of the strings that pull my mind, the strings that pull my intellect… I let go of the strings of my responsibilities… I let go of the strings of my relationships… I let go of the strings of the different roles that I play throughout the day… This moment is only for me, to be in my own company…
I concentrate all my attention, all my energy, gently, without forcing, on a point at the center of my forehead… The energy concentrates itself. I have let go of the strings that tie me down… From that place I can experience true freedom…
I free myself of any limited awareness of myself… I free myself of any label of myself… I go beyond my limited roles, beyond this physical world…
I am a spiritual being; I am a point of light, a spark of spiritual energy; aware, calm and loving… I feel the true freedom of experiencing my authentic identity and genuine… I don’t have to prove anything; simply be what I am in a natural way… A peaceful and living being…
From this state of being I prepare myself to enter into action. I listen again to the sounds of my surroundings, aware that I choose at each moment what it is that is going to influence me and how I am going to respond…
